Welcome, Inner-Self provides counselling to all adults, adolescents and couples in Maldon Essex. Emma Director and counsellor of Inner-Self and Jane a sessional counsellor provide counselling sessions 6 days a week including evening and saturday appoitments. After school appointments are also available for pupils of nearby school Plume. There is a waiting area for parents or partners to use and free parking at the back of Wentworth House. Both Emma and Jane are fully qualified, trained and experienced counsellors who are experienced in all areas of counselling. We are members of the BACP and are bound by and adhere to their code of ethics for good practice. We have specialized experience in lone parenting, adolescent counselling, 12 plus, destructive anger behaviours, addictions, abuse and low self-esteem as well as mental health issues.
