It can be used alone or alongside orthodox medicine to benefit many health conditions and is very helpful for stress and emotional upset. It is one of the oldest stress relieving techniques and remains one of the most effective. As well as Aromatherapy other treatments I offer are hot stone massage, swedish massage and each treatment is tailored specifically to your needs at the time.
